  Sharon Martin, President

Sharon has worked in the Financial Services industry for over 25 years working as a Vice President of Investments for Dean Witter, Prudential Securities and Soloman Smith Barney before founding Profit Strategies, Inc to provide clients with a higher level of service.  Sharon has lived in the Conejo Valley for over 27 years.  Sharon currently serves on the board of the East Ventura Employers Advisory Council dedicated to helping businesses in the community.  She also works with animal rescues, a cause close to her heart.
     
     
  Jan Robertson, Benefit Specialist 

Jan Robertson, Benefit Specialist joined PS Benefits from the retail markets working in Human Resources, Sales, and Operations.  She uses her experience to help her clients manage their benefits.  Jan loves the outdoors and since she moved from the mid-west, she has a special love of the ocean.  She is currently on the Board of Directors for the East Ventura Employers Advisory Council dedicated to helping businesses prosper.  She has a special interest in the American Cancer Society on a volunteer basis.


     
     
  Elizabeth Rogers, Customer Service Benefits and Investments

Elizabeth has worked in the financial services industry for over 25 years. A native New Yorker, she comes to Profit Strategies with experience working on both New York and American Stock Exchange floors. Elizabeth also provides a link to the carriers that help our clients with any issues that face them in their benefit administration. Now a Conejo Valley resident for 21 years, she enjoys all Southern California has to offer with her three children.

 

     
     
 

Paula JuszczyK, Benefit Specialist

Paula Juszczyk relocated to California after attending Michigan State University.  She began her career in the stock brokerage industry in 1985 and during that time has worked for several Major New York Investment Firms.  Prior to joining PS Benefits Paula was the Operations Director for an Independent Broker/Dealer in Westlake Village.  She is currently Branch Manager/Vice President of PJ Financial Associates and decided to expand her services to include Insurance and Employee Benefits with PS Benefits.

Paula is a working mother and enjoys playing and watching sports, cooking and walking/hiking
